According to Mars Finance, crypto KOL AB Kuai.Dong (@_FORAB) posted on X, confirming through community information and multiple industry insiders that the Cetus protocol, which suffered a hacker attack on May 22, was previously developed by a team that worked on the Decentralized Finance project Crema Finance within the Solana ecosystem. Previous reports indicated that Crema Finance faced a hacker attack in 2022, resulting in approximately $9.6 million in funds lost. After the attack, the hacker voluntarily returned about $8 million of the stolen funds.
