A governance role does not itself constitute corporate equity, fixed income, or a redemption commitment; how holders actually participate, which matters can be voted on, and current eligibility should be governed by the platform's rules announced at the relevant time.

How are GRND issuance and allocation arranged?

GRND has a total issuance of 1 billion tokens, but the total does not mean all tokens can circulate at the same time. In the official allocation, Move-to-Earn receives 460 million tokens (46%), the team 150 million (15%), partners 100 million (10%), the ecosystem approximately 87.6667 million (8.7667%), and marketing 80 million (8%); the remainder is allocated to private sale, IDO, liquidity, and operations and advisors. The timing at which categories become available differs: for example, Move-to-Earn is locked for 5 months and then vests over 60 months; the team, partners, and operations and advisors are each locked for 12 months and then vest over 24 months; the ecosystem allocation vests over 60 months. Private sale has 5% unlocked at TGE, followed by a 12-month lock and vesting over 24 months; IDO is marked as unlocked. Vesting arrangements describe the planned release pace and cannot directly substitute for actual circulating supply at a given time.

How can users earn GRND rewards in SuperWalk?

To earn GRND rewards in Pro Mode, users must first hold a sneaker NFT; this mode is not unconditionally open to all users. Eligible users can walk or run in Pro Mode to earn both WALK and GRND rewards. Rewards are not distributed at a fixed rate based on a single step count. Official materials list the sneaker's rating, level, attributes, and items as inputs, with results calculated by SuperWalk's reward calculation algorithm. Exercise activity therefore places users in a reward context, while the sneaker NFT's state and the algorithm jointly determine actual rewards; a fixed GRND amount cannot be inferred from holding a sneaker NFT or from a single exercise session alone.

Why does GRND's total issuance not equal its currently available supply?

GRND's release schedule affects the difference between “total issuance” and the number of tokens that may enter the market at a particular time. During a lockup period, the relevant category has not yet entered its subsequent vesting release stage according to the plan; once the vesting period begins, tokens are gradually released according to that category's schedule. Therefore, supply analysis should consider the category, initial TGE unlock, lockup duration, and vesting duration together, rather than using only the 1 billion-token total to judge short-term available supply.
