Strategy pricing STRD stock IPO: 10% preferred stock at $85 per share, raising nearly $1 billion.

Strategy announced the pricing of the initial public offering of STRD shares, consisting of 11,764,700 shares of 10.00% Series A perpetual Stride preferred stock at a public offering price of $85.00 per share. The issuance and sale of STRD shares is scheduled to close on June 10, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Strategy estimates net proceeds from the offering to be approximately $979.7 million, net of underwriting discounts and commissions and Strategy's estimated offering expenses.
