This operation was completed with the assistance of law enforcement agencies, and the funds have been transferred to an intermediate frozen wallet, with the original address no longer able to access the funds. The subsequent handling of the funds will be jointly decided by relevant parties through the Arbitrum governance mechanism. The Security Committee stated that the entire operation did not affect any other on-chain states or Arbitrum users.
