Among other things, it mentions that, relying on the Shenzhen Qianhai Equity Exchange Center’s “specialized, refined, characteristic, and innovative” special board, it supports the establishment of a “Qianhai Low-Altitude Economy Zone” and innovatively introduces a “loan as soon as listed” special financing service. It encourages carrying out listed-company cultivation, compliance guidance, and cross-border capital services for low-altitude economy enterprises, with step-by-step connection to multi-tier capital markets such as the Shanghai and Shenzhen main boards, the ChiNext board, the STAR Market, and the Beijing Stock Exchange. It will drive more low-altitude economy enterprises to be approved and listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations through a “green channel,” and explore establishing a fast-track listing channel for low-altitude economy enterprises with the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.
