*ST Builiding Announcement: The company and relevant parties have received an Administrative Regulatory Measures Decision Letter from the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Securities Regulation. After investigation, the internal controls related to the company’s contract management have deficiencies; certain board meeting minutes from 2023 to 2025 are not in compliance; the relevant external financial assistance from 2017 to 2020 was not reviewed and disclosed in a timely manner; and in December 2024, the information disclosure related to the equity received from Guangdong Jianyi Building Materials Co., Ltd. was inaccurate. The former chairman Tang Liang, the former chairman and general manager Liu Haiyun, the former vice chairman Guo Wei, the general manager Zhang Youwen, the former board secretary Gao Zhonghua, and the board secretary Zhong Mengguang bear primary responsibility for the above issues. The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Securities Regulation has decided to take a regulatory measure of requiring rectification against the company, and to separately take regulatory measures of issuing warning letters against Tang Liang, Liu Haiyun, Guo Wei, Zhang Youwen, Gao Zhonghua, and Zhong Mengguang.
