Specifically, it includes four aspects: First, establish an “Artificial Intelligence (AI)+” industry development advisory committee to coordinate the overall strategy for AI industry transformation, focusing on directions such as embodied intelligence and life and health; Second, strengthen computing power and intelligent research support—within the year, launch the operation of the Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Research Institute and accelerate the construction of the Shaling Data Park; Third, improve capital support—strive to have the HK$10 billion innovation and technology industry guiding fund put into operation within the year, guiding social capital to flow into future industries such as artificial intelligence and robots; Fourth, build a solid safety foundation—promote the development of a secure and trustworthy AI ecosystem, balancing innovation development with risk control.
