Over the past three months, The Haddon has sold approximately 80 units, with an average price of nearly HKD 22,000 per square foot.

Regarding the recent influx of new projects, Lam Tat-man said that First Court has its own advantages and is not worried about competition. He also believes that the property market is in the early stages of recovery, with active trading and healthy price increases.

Lam Tat-man added that First Court comprises a total of 241 units, of which 233 are standard units and 8 are special units, mainly one- and two-bedroom apartments, totaling 153 units, accounting for over 60% of the entire development.

Data shows that First Court has 66 one-bedroom units with practical areas ranging from 228 to 274 square feet; 111 two-bedroom units with practical areas from 309 to 415 square feet; 42 three-bedroom units with practical areas from 493 to 534 square feet; and 22 four-bedroom units with practical areas from 560 to 850 square feet.

Additionally, today the developer for the first time opened a four-bedroom show unit without modifications, based on Unit A on the 23rd floor, with a practical area of 600 square feet.
