🔥 BIG NEWS: The SEC has informed Consensys (the company developing Ethereum) that they are closing the investigation into whether ETH is a security or not.
This means that the SEC NO LONGER considers Ethereum as a security and there will be no lawsuits.
This comes after Consensys sent a letter to the SEC asking whether, because the SEC has approved the Ethereum Spot ETF, this means Ethereum is not a security.
ETH has officially become a commodity, like BTC, and the SEC has no jurisdiction over it.
