SharpLink Gaming (SBET), the Ethereum fund management company in Minnesota, has just purchased an additional 39.008 ETH at an average price of 4.531 USD, bringing its total holdings to 837.230 ETH, valued at approximately 3.6 billion USD as of September 2nd. The deal was financed from 46.6 million USD in net proceeds from the flexible stock issuance program, estimated to spend about 177 million USD on ETH over the past week.

Since the implementation of the ETH reserve strategy on June 2, SharpLink has earned 2,318 ETH from staking and currently has more than 71.6 million USD in cash ready for disbursement. The internal "ETH concentration" ratio has reached 3.94, nearly doubling compared to the beginning of June.

In May 2025, Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin was appointed as Chairman of SharpLink after a $425 million funding round led by Consensys. This move helps SharpLink maintain its position among the listed companies that own the largest ETH reserves.
