In August 2024, Qianhai launched an innovative mechanism of "1 yuan incubation entry, 500 million fund establishment, and 100,000 square meters of industrial space" to lower the entrepreneurial threshold for young people from Hong Kong and Macau through the "1 yuan Innovation Workshop," attracting over a thousand businesses.
