Why Did Aptos (APT) Fall in the Last 24 Hours?

APT faces weakness in both supply expectations and technical structure. About 4.17 million APT, less than roughly 0.5% of circulating supply, are scheduled to unlock on 2026-11-12. This is a predictable, routine arrangement that may affect sentiment in a weak market, but it does not amount to actual selling. Daily moving averages are aligned bearishly, and an ADX near 27 indicates some strength in the downtrend; hourly ADX is higher, while RSI and MACD give no clear directional signal. Earlier technical levels identified $0.60 as support, $0.62 as immediate support, and $0.66 as resistance. The hourly candle at 06:00 UTC on 2026-11-06 traded in a narrow range near $0.60 on low volume. Although displayed bid orders outweighed asks, large orders appeared on both sides and overall depth was shallow. Static order-book imbalance does not establish genuine buying intent, and low liquidity may magnify the price impact of a small number of orders.

Staking rewards affect total supply, and related parameters can be adjusted through on-chain governance.
