Trading is not about speed, but stability. My current principle: if the market is outside my trading range, I will not act impulsively; when inside the range, I only do things within the rules.

I use a system to counter emotions: enter based on signals, not feelings; always set stop-loss orders for each trade; take profits in batches and transfer to cold wallets.
To cultivate a stable mindset, there are three points: appropriately stay away from the market to see the trend clearly; maintain long-term thinking, avoid greed for short-term quick profits; only trade with spare money, not affecting life.
There is no need to watch the market constantly; by sticking to rules and maintaining a calm mindset, you can actually make money.
