Since the end of last year, the Crypto Assets market has experienced a series of Fluctuations. Our team has been closely following market trends and adopting flexible trading strategies to cope with the rapid changes in the market. Overall, we have achieved good results in grasping key levels and trend judgments.

With the changes in market conditions in mid-July, we adjusted our strategy. Based on the expectation that Ethereum may continue to rise and drive other Crypto Assets, we increased the proportion of long positions to seek greater returns. This judgment has proven to be largely correct. Since July, Ethereum has indeed performed strongly, but the other Crypto Assets market has shown significant differentiation. A few coins have maintained strength, while the performance of most coins has not matched that of Ethereum, and the overall market's profit effect has yet to fully materialize.

So, how will the future market develop? Let us analyze it from the short-term, mid-term, and long-term perspectives.

First, let's look at Bitcoin, whose overall trend is not very ideal. Except for the real breakthrough on November 6, 2024, other new highs (January 20, 2025, May 22, July 14, August 13) were not able to be sustained, quickly falling back after reaching new highs. This pattern suggests that there may be a high-level distribution situation.

In the short term, the key levels we analyzed earlier remain valid. Bitcoin rebounded after finding support around 107,000 but encountered resistance in the 112,000-113,000 range. The spike and subsequent pullback last night led to a divergence on the 4-hour chart; although the daily MACD has produced a golden cross, it is still far from the zero axis, indicating that it may still decline before rising in the short term.

The complex situation in the market requires investors to remain vigilant and adjust their strategies flexibly. Although Ethereum's leadership has brought some positive signals, the high-level fluctuations of Bitcoin have also increased uncertainty. In this case, diversifying investments and controlling risks is particularly important. Meanwhile, closely following market dynamics and timely adjusting the position structure may be a wise move to cope with the current market.

The mindset is too small, just go all in on ETH and that's it.

According to empirical research, the accuracy rate of MACD divergence is only 67.3%, and it is recommended to combine it with the BOLL.
