Definitely. If the mapping is in the Simplified Chinese area, it will be a violation, and a penalty of up to three times the total circulating market capitalization may be imposed, up to 10 billion USD. Last year, Zhao Changdapeng was fined 4.6 billion USD for a similar incident.
