Recently, the Crypto Assets market has experienced a pullback, raising concerns among investors. Although the price of Bitcoin (BTC) has fallen, such fluctuation is not uncommon in a bull run and can be seen as a normal market adjustment.

Recent economic data shows that the Producer Price Index (PPI) exceeded expectations, leading the market to lower its interest rate cut expectations. At the same time, geopolitical factors are also affecting market trends, especially concerning potential high tariffs on the chip industry. These factors have collectively impacted the U.S. stock market, which in turn has affected the Crypto Assets market.

However, from the analysis of blockchain data, Bitcoin and Ethereum (ETH) are still continuously flowing out of exchanges, and the holding ratio of large holders (commonly known as 'whales') remains at a high level. This indicates that the market fundamentals are still robust, with no signs of large-scale sell-offs.

Next week, the Federal Reserve will release the minutes of its monetary policy meeting, which may provide more clues for future interest rate decisions. Considering the recent weak employment data and improving inflation figures, the market generally expects that the Federal Reserve may consider cutting interest rates later this year.

From a long-term investment perspective, the current market adjustment may provide investors with a good entry opportunity. The target price levels of several institutional investors indicate that they maintain an optimistic outlook on the long-term prospects of Crypto Assets. The target price for Bitcoin is between $100,000 and $110,000, around $3,500 for Ethereum, and approximately $760 for BNB coin.

Nevertheless, investors must act with caution and view market fluctuations rationally. The inherent high-risk nature of the Crypto Assets market requires investors to conduct thorough risk assessments, allocate funds wisely, and maintain the ability to think independently. Short-term fluctuations should not shake long-term investment strategies, but at the same time, one should always pay attention to market trends and policy changes, adjusting their investment portfolio in a timely manner.
