Ethereum ETF sees daily inflows surpassing $1 billion for the first time | CoinDesk JAPAN
The Ethereum (ETH) spot ETF listed in the United States saw its daily capital inflow surpass $1 billion (148 billion yen) for the first time on August 11. The price of Ethereum also reached its highest level in three and a half years.
According to SoSoValue data, the total capital inflow into 9 Ethereum spot ETFs has significantly exceeded the previous highest amount of 726.74 million Dollars on July 17.
BlackRock's "ETHA" had the highest inflow, with nearly 640 million Dollars, followed by Fidelity's "FETH" with 276.9 million Dollars. The total inflow reached 10.83 billion Dollars, and the assets under management amounted to 25.71 billion Dollars (equivalent to 4.77% of the market capitalization of Ethereum).
According to data from CoinDesk, Ethereum rose to 4358ドル on the 11th, marking its highest point since December 2021.
The rise of Ethereum is backed by economic indicators that support expectations that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates, which has increased the appeal of risk assets. According to CME's FedWatch, the probability of a 0.25 basis point rate cut in September is about 84%.
Furthermore, the fact that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has finally dropped its lawsuit against Ripple has also boosted the altcoin market.
