On August 2, Arthur Hayes posted on social media in response to recent profit-taking actions, stating: "The U.S. tariff bill will expire in the third quarter... at least the market believes so after the release of the US Non-farm Payrolls (NFP). Currently, major economies are not creating credit fast enough to boost nominal GDP. Therefore, Bitcoin will test $100,000, and Ether will test $3,000.
