Long: Operational Point Analysis
If the price effectively breaks above the upper Bollinger Band and is accompanied by an increase in trading volume, a small long position can be attempted, targeting the previous high. Set the stop loss at the low point of the fluctuation to prevent false breakouts.

You can wait until after Powell's speech at ten o'clock tonight to open a position; personally, I am currently bearish.
