"Any pattern that is easily predictable by the majority is often the very pattern that gets manipulated by market makers."

🎯 Why do market makers dislike obvious patterns?

Because market makers (Smart Money) only profit when others lose.

So, when everyone sees the same "perfect setup"—like triangles, head and shoulders, or double tops/bottoms—it usually means:

The majority will take the same side of the trade.

There will be a large cluster of stop-loss orders at predictable levels.

That creates the perfect opportunity to hunt liquidity and trap the majority.

🚫 Don't trade based on the pattern alone. Instead, observe:

Is there a buildup of liquidity?

Is there a potential liquidity grab?

Has a CHoCH (Change of Character) or BOS (Break of Structure) occurred?

✅ Always wait for the reaction after the breakout, not just the breakout itself.

✅ And most importantly, always think like a market maker:
"Where is the price likely to go to take people’s money, not to confirm their analysis?"
