Analyst: Policy uncertainty will continue to weigh on the U.S. economy.

Jin10 Data, May 29 - CreditSights analyst Mark Leithner stated in a report that the U.S. International Trade Court has ruled that Trump's tariff policy is in violation, but the harmful effects of the tariffs on the economy may persist. Leithner noted that in an environment of trade policy uncertainty, U.S. businesses and consumers may find it difficult to operate efficiently. He also stated, "If the government, businesses, and consumers cannot achieve certainty and predictability, then winning in court might be somewhat counterproductive."
