Techub News reports that former FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on X that there has been a dramatic change in the procedural vote regarding the GENIUS stablecoin bill in the U.S. Senate. Although more than 15 Democratic senators, including Cortez Masto, Adam Schiff, Mark Warner, and Ruben Gallego, have shifted from opposition to support, Senator Warnock suddenly changed his vote from "yes" to "no," reducing the number of supportive votes to 59. According to U.S. Senate rules, such procedural votes require 60 votes to end debate and advance the bill.
