The Ethereum Foundation announced the launch of the "One Trillion Security" initiative on May 14, 2025. The goal is to make Ethereum a secure infrastructure that supports trillions of dollars in assets, positioning it as a leader in the global economy. The initiative aligns with the trend of tokenization of real assets. The Ethereum chain hosts 6.9 billion dollars in real assets, and this figure reaches 89% with Layer-2 solutions. Boston Consulting Group predicts that the tokenization market will reach 16 trillion dollars by 2030.

1TS is following a three-step strategy: security mapping, troubleshooting, and strengthening developer tools, and finally, making standards transparent through communication. The project is progressing under the leadership of Fredrik Svantes and Josh Stark, with experts like samczsun involved. An open form is provided for community participation (Ethereum Foundation, 2025). Ethereum continues to lead the tokenization market with a 58% share and aims to close security gaps and increase audits to meet institutional demand.

Although ETH prices have fallen from a peak of $2,700 to $2,555, analysts predict $6,000 by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025 (CoinTelegraph, 2025).
