Odaily Planet News According to Cardano's L2 protocol Hydra, it has reached an important milestone of over 1 million TPS during its Doom game tournament. This achievement is part of the ongoing tournament aimed at testing Hydra's scalability. Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson explained that high TPS is driven by processing each game frame as a transaction, proving the ability of Hydra to handle a large number of transactions. Although official data shows the current TPS is 507, with a peak exceeding 807,000, it still far outstrips networks like Solana and Ethereum.
