Abstract generation in progress

Odaily Planet Daily News, Sonic Labs Chief Technology Officer Andre Cronje stated in a post on X: "L2 does not make sense for developers as AppChain:"

  • Almost no infrastructure support during deployment (such as stablecoins, Oracle Machine, and institutional custody, etc);
  • No foundation or laboratory provided assistance;
  • Decentralized architecture is vulnerable to attacks;
  • Disperse Liquidity and force through cross-chain bridges;
  • Lack of user and developer community;
  • Spend time on addressing the above issues, not on applications and users; -Eliminate network effects;
  • Still requires a long transaction confirmation time (some suppliers are unwilling to cooperate);
  • developed separately (without fren). AppChain also seriously underestimated the cost of infrastructure and compliance (browsers, hosting, exchange, Oracle Machine, bridge, toolkits, IDE, on/off ramps, native issuance and integration, regulation, compliance). A total of $14 million has been spent in 2024, a significant portion of which is recurring costs.
