Nym CEO Harry Halpin has criticized the Dutch court's 64-month verdict against Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev, calling it "simply unfair and unreasonable," Gold Finance reported. He noted that the court's sentencing of Alexey Pertsev was due to the fact that someone in North Korea used the software he developed, which was not commensurate with the punishment.
