🔍 What will change?
According to the amendments to law No. 161-FZ "On the National Payment System", banks will have the right to limit transfers between individuals to 100,000 rubles per month for clients whose data is included in the fraudulent database of the Central Bank, even if no criminal case has been initiated against them.
⚠️ Who is at risk?
Participants in p2p cryptocurrency exchanges: even small transfers can raise suspicions with the bank.
Individuals who transfer their cards to third parties: renting out your card automatically makes you a participant in questionable schemes.
Users receiving frequent transfers through platforms like Avito: if the bank considers your activity entrepreneurial, but you do not have an individual entrepreneur or self-employment status, the card may be blocked.

Do not share your cards and online banking access with third parties.
Check counterparties when exchanging cryptocurrency, work with verified platforms.
Legalize your activities - register as an individual entrepreneur or self-employed if you regularly receive transfers for services or goods.
