Serenity Expands Leadership Team to Drive Global Growth in Secure Data Ownership

As the blockchain industry continues to grow, Serenity is expanding its leadership team to support upcoming developments and global operations.

The company is pleased to welcome three new members with strong backgrounds in finance, technology, and blockchain innovation:

• Amit Kohli - Head of RWA and Dubai Operations Amit brings over 20 years of experience in global finance, wealth management, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. As founder of TruePenny in Dubai, he has played a key role in connecting traditional finance with blockchain-based systems.
• Guruprasad Mayya - Executive Director, Finance Guruprasad is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. He specializes in fintech, investment strategies, and tokenization frameworks.
• Jay Fallah - Director of Blockchain Innovation and Product Architecture Jay is a Canadian technologist and innovator in digital security, data systems, and blockchain. He holds several patents, including US11431498B2 for a hybrid encryption method. His expertise supports Serenity’s focus on secure and scalable digital solutions.

These team additions come as Serenity expands its DeDaSP architecture and prepares wider integration of its key product, the sAxess Card – a biometric hardware wallet designed for secure, self-managed access to digital assets and identity.

At the same time, Serenity announces the departure of Hugues Svay, who served as Chief Information Officer. The company thanks him for his contributions and wishes him success in his next chapter.
