Clear Street investment bank expands its Blockchain and digital asset business department.

According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on May 24, Crowdfund Insider reported that Clear Street Investment Bank announced the expansion of its Blockchain and digital asset investment banking business, with the addition of senior talent. Nakul Mehta and Collin Finnerty have joined the company as Managing Directors and will lead the business coverage for Crypto Assets, Blockchain, encryption infrastructure, Web3, and digital asset platforms.

The plan emphasizes the company's commitment to "providing institutional-grade consulting solutions in the intersection of traditional finance, Blockchain, and digital assets." Clear Street Investment Banking will offer services such as listing strategies and financing, Crypto Assets financial strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in the Blockchain and digital assets space.

Clear Street's investment banking division has provided advisory services for transactions worth over $2.35 billion this year to date, including the initial public offerings of Renatus Tactical Acquisition Corp and Digital Asset Acquisition Corp.
