The data from Jinshi on October 10th showed that Citibank's Interest Rate strategist said that after the announcement of the French budget, the latest funding situation for 2024 and the preliminary bond issuance guidance for 2025 will be released. They expect France to raise its government bond (OAT) issuance target by 11 billion euros to 296 billion euros this year, and to provide 300 billion euros of OAT for 2025, both targets excluding repurchases. They said in the report: "If these targets are achieved, the impact on OAT should be neutral, but any increase in the share of bonds in 2025 could put pressure on OAT."
