(1) Oil prices fell more than 1% at one point on Thursday, extending losses in the previous session after OPEC+ postponed its ministerial meeting, leading to speculation that producers could cut production by less than previously expected.
(2) U.S. crude oil is currently trading around 76.58, down about 0.28%, Brent crude oil is currently trading at $81.21 per barrel, down about 0.82%, and the two oils fell by 5% in the previous trading day.
(3) Due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States, the trading situation on Thursday is expected to be relatively calm.
(4) OPEC+ unexpectedly postponed the ministerial meeting to November 30. The meeting is expected to discuss production cuts.
(5) OPEC+ sources said that before the meeting scheduled for November 26, oil producers are still struggling to agree on production levels and possible production cuts.
(6) However, three OPEC+ sources said it was related to African countries, which are smaller oil producers in the group, which eased investors' concerns somewhat.
(7) Angola, Congo and Nigeria are seeking to increase their 2024 supply quotas above the provisional levels agreed at the June OPEC+ meeting, analysts said.

(9) Meanwhile, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said U.S. crude inventories surged by 8.7 million barrels last week, compared to analysts' expectations of a 1.2 million barrel increase
