Peskov: There is no "final deadline" for drafting the Russia-Ukraine peace protocol memorandum.

On May 20, Jin10 reported that Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said on the 20th that Russia and Ukraine will face "many difficulties" while drafting a memorandum regarding a potential peace agreement between the two countries, and therefore will not set a "final deadline." Peskov told reporters that the Russian side and the Ukrainian side will each draft their own memorandum texts and then exchange them, after which both sides will engage in "difficult contacts" to reach a unified memorandum text. According to him, "details determine success or failure," so there is no "final deadline" for drafting the memorandum, nor can there be such a deadline.
