The Solana Foundation adjusts the validators' delegation policy to promote network Decentralization.

According to the Gate.io News bot, as reported by SolanaFloor, the Solana Foundation has announced a new validator delegation policy. Under this policy, whenever a new validator joins the foundation's delegation program, the foundation will simultaneously remove three validators. The removed validators must meet two conditions: they must have held the foundation's delegation for more than 18 months, and their external stake of SOL must be less than 1,000. This policy focuses on dropping the validators' dependence on the foundation's delegation while promoting community support for the validators.
