In the total transaction price ranking, the top three properties were: Jinshang Wanhui Mansion at 26.7 million yuan per unit, Yunqi Qianwan at 24.57 million yuan per unit, and Yuanqi Guanchao Mansion at 20.4 million yuan per unit.
