Wu Shuo has learned that crypto law firm Burwick Law tweeted that its lawsuit against TradeAI / Stakx alleging a $440 million Ponzi scheme has been reviewed under a motion to dismiss in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY). The court rejected all of the defendant's defenses and ordered them to disclose their current address to the plaintiff by March 31 to advance the case proceedings.
