(referred to as “Taiyuan Group”) that its independently developed the world’s largest 5600-millimeter double-roll cold straightening machine has been successfully shipped to the user site and entered the installation and debugging stage. The successful shipment of this equipment marks a new breakthrough for China in the field of large-scale cold straightening machines, filling the technical gap in the international 5600-millimeter-level double-roll cold straightening machine. According to reports, this 5600-millimeter cold straightening machine adopts a double-roll design, capable of achieving “full coverage” for plates with thicknesses of 6–50 millimeters, with a straightening range 36% higher than single-roll models, and its technical level is internationally leading, making it more flexible and efficient for users to handle diversified orders. In addition, the equipment can easily output an ultra-strong straightening force of 60 million newtons, while also being energy-saving and power-efficient, with noise levels only 40% of similar models, reducing operational costs for users and creating a green and friendly human-machine environment.
