Kejaksaan Ningxia telah mengajukan tuntutan pidana terhadap Cai Ming atas dugaan suap dan menggunakan pengaruh untuk menerima suap sesuai hukum

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region CPPCC former Deputy Secretary-General and General Office Director Cai Ming is under investigation for charges of accepting bribes and using influence to accept bribes.
The case has been concluded by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Supervisory Committee and transferred to the procuratorial authorities for review and prosecution.
According to the jurisdiction designated by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People’s Procuratorate, the Guyuan City People’s Procuratorate has lawfully filed a public prosecution with the Intermediate People’s Court of Guyuan City.
The case is still under further processing.
During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial authorities lawfully informed the defendant Cai Ming of his litigation rights and questioned him, listening to the opinions of his defense lawyer.

The defendant Cai Ming, utilizing his positions as Secretary of the Salt Lake County Party Committee, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director (Deputy Bureau Chief) of the Autonomous Region Civil Affairs (Religious Affairs) Department, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Autonomous Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ningxia Socialist College, Deputy Secretary-General of the Ningxia CPPCC, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the General Office, Director of the General Office, etc., and the convenience and authority arising from these positions, sought benefits for others, illegally accepted others’ property, with a particularly large amount; after leaving his position, he used the convenience of his former authority and status, and through the conduct of other state officials, sought improper benefits for others, accepted others’ property, with a large amount, and should be held criminally responsible for bribery and using influence to accept bribes.
