Growth Enterprise Market Issuance of Convertible Bonds to Unspecified Objects Prospectus” (referred to as “Prospectus”), during the life of the convertible bond, when the company’s stock closes at a price below 85% of the current conversion price for at least fifteen trading days within any thirty consecutive trading days, the company’s board of directors has the right to propose a downward revision of the conversion price and submit it for shareholder approval. From March 24, 2026, to April 7, 2026, the company’s stock has had ten trading days below the current conversion price. If the “Jianfan Convertible Bond” conversion price adjustment condition is triggered, the company will promptly follow the review procedures and information disclosure obligations as stipulated in the “Prospectus.” Investors are advised to be aware of investment risks.
