7 April, Yew Wei Lithium Energy (300014.SZ) announced that it expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the first quarter of 2026 to be between 1.38B yuan and 1.49B yuan, an increase of 25.00%~35.00% compared to the same period last year. The main reason for the performance change is: the company坚持产品迭代与服务升级，把握市场机遇驱动业务增长；同时通过供应链多元化及战略性采购等前置管理措施，有效缓冲材料成本上涨波动，确保主营业务盈利能力稳定。

On the same day, Yew Wei Lithium Energy announced that the company’s seventh board of directors approved several proposals. First, it plans to provide a guarantee not exceeding 42 million euros (equivalent) to its subsidiary Yew Wei Hungary, which still needs to be submitted for shareholder approval. Second, it plans to sign an agreement with the Qidong municipal government to invest in the construction of a 50GWh energy storage ( power ) battery production base, with a total project investment of about 5 billion yuan. Third, it plans to sign an agreement with Shanghang County government to invest in the construction of a 60GWh energy storage battery production base, with a total project investment of about 6 billion yuan. Fourth, it plans to sign a joint venture agreement with Longjing Environmental Protection to jointly establish a joint venture company to carry out related businesses. All the above investments and joint ventures still need to be submitted for shareholder approval.
