观点网讯： 1 April, Marriott International Group and Lefay brand founding family Leali announced that both parties plan to establish a joint venture company, bringing Lefay into Marriott International Group’s portfolio of brands; Lefay will become Marriott’s first brand dedicated to the luxury health and wellness care sector.

According to the introduction, both parties will leverage Marriott International Group’s development capabilities to drive Lefay’s global expansion. Lefay’s eco-resort model will bring Marriott health and wellness programs that integrate sports, nutrition, and health prevention, aligning with today’s growing demand for health travel.

Information shows that Lefay was founded by the Leali family in Italy in 2006, known for Lefay SPA and sustainable concepts. It currently has two luxury resort hotels located in Italy, and three other projects under development distributed across Italy and Switzerland.
