China Economic Network, Beijing, 1 April. Yesterday, Huatai-Paise Asset Management Fund released the liquidation report for the Huatai-Paise Jiannianli Term Open Hybrid Initiating Securities Investment Fund.

The report states that the 《Fund Contract》 of the Huatai-Paise Jiannianli Term Open Hybrid Initiating Securities Investment Fund came into effect on 25 December 2018. In accordance with the provisions in the 《Law of the People’s Republic of China on Securities Investment Funds》, the 《Measures for the Operation and Management of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds》 and the 《Fund Contract》 “Part V Fund Filing,” specifically “III. The number of fund unit holders and asset scale during the fund’s continuity period”:

“After three years from the effective date of the fund contract, on the last business day of any open period (after the registration institution completes confirmation of subscription and redemption application requests for the last open day), if the number of fund unit holders is less than 200 persons or the net asset value of the fund is below 50 million yuan, the fund manager shall terminate the 《Fund Contract》 and carry out liquidation in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the 《Fund Contract》, without the need to convene a meeting of the holders of fund units for voting.”

According to the 《Announcement on the Fund’s Routine Subscription, Redemption, and Conversion Business for the Huatai-Paise Jiannianli Term Open Hybrid Initiating Securities Investment Fund》, the fund’s 22nd open period is from 6 February 2026 to 13 March 2026. As of the last business day of this open period (after the registration institution completes confirmation of subscription and redemption business application requests), the fund’s net asset value is below 50 million yuan, which has triggered the termination condition of the 《Fund Contract》. Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the 《Fund Contract》, the fund manager liquidates the fund’s assets and terminates the fund contract according to the fund property liquidation procedures, without the need to convene a meeting of the holders of fund units for voting.

The fund’s last operation day was 13 March 2026, and on 14 March 2026 it entered the liquidation process.

As of the last disclosed net value day on 13 March 2026, the accumulated unit net value of Huatai-Paise Jiannianli Term Open is 2.4237 yuan, and the cumulative return rate is 148.44%.

The fund is managed by Shang Shuohui. He has previously served as a research fellow in the equity portfolio department and as an investment manager and senior investment manager at Huatai Asset Management Co., Ltd. He joined Huatai-Paise Asset Management Co., Ltd. in August 2016, and has served as deputy general manager of the fund investment department and general manager of the fund investment department, assistant to the company’s general manager; currently he is the deputy general manager of the company, and concurrently serves as the director of equity investments and the general manager of the fund of funds (FOF) investment department.
