Media China.com Finance, 1 April. Recently, the Bank of China (stock code: 601988.SH) released its 2025 annual report disclosure. Through BOC Financial Leasing, the Bank carried out relevant businesses such as financing lease, transfer, and assumption of financing lease assets. By the end of 2025, the registered capital of BOC Financial Leasing was 108.00 billion yuan, total assets were 878.85 billion yuan, and net assets were 124.55 billion yuan; for the whole year, it achieved a net profit of 3.37 billion yuan.

The Bank of China stated that BOC Financial Leasing focuses on its core responsibilities, fully serves major strategies, key areas, and weak links, and supports the high-quality development of the real economy. By the end of 2025, it had cumulatively deployed 1,499.50 billion yuan in leasing business. Among them, the leasing asset scale share in key areas such as intelligent transportation, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, and new materials was 89.13%; the leasing asset scale share in green industries such as green commuting, new energy generation, solid waste treatment, and air pollution control was 55.22%. It adhered to innovation driven by the integration of industry and finance, and achieved breakthroughs in multiple fields including commercial aerospace, semiconductor equipment, and cross-border equipment leasing. It accelerated the layout of the aviation and shipping business segment. It has already achieved the delivery of 27 wide-/narrow-body passenger aircraft of various types, completed the Group’s first C919 domestically produced aircraft business, the first large unmanned aerial vehicle leasing business in the low-altitude economy field, and the first unmanned helicopter leasing business domestically. The size of its fleet is 60 vessels. It is gradually achieving allocation of assets for mainstream vessel types such as bulk carriers, container ships, oil tankers, and LNG ships, helping to promote domestically manufactured cargo transport domestically, and domestically built and operated vessels.
