刘秋童向记者表示,汉王深耕模式识别和AI算法,无论是手写识别、OCR,还是现在的柯氏音识别,本质上都是“信号采集+特征识别+智能判断”。核心能力是相通的,只是在不同的应用场景落地。在医疗领域,我们的优势是对微弱信号的处理能力和通过我们核心AI算法引擎对精度的追求。
Liu Qiutong told reporters that Hanwang has deep cultivation in pattern recognition and AI algorithms. Whether it is handwriting recognition, OCR, or the current Korotkoff sound recognition, it is essentially “signal acquisition + feature recognition + intelligent judgment.” The core capabilities are interconnected, just implemented in different application scenarios. 刘秋童表示,这是一次必然的行业变革,也是一次重要的升级机遇。传统水银血压计退出后,市场需要一个可靠的替代方案。汉王柯氏音血压计扮演的是“精准替代者”的角色。

After the traditional mercury sphygmomanometer exits, the market needs a reliable alternative. The Hanwang Korotkoff sound blood pressure monitor plays the role of a “precise substitute.”
目前主流的示波法电子血压计表现如何?在刘秋童看来,其核心原理是基于‘估算’而非‘实测’,通过振荡波来推算血压,这就决定了它的先天不足。国际法制计量组织明确其为间接测量方法,研究显示,其与水银血压计相比,误差超过5mmHg的数据占比高达69%。此外,不同厂商算法不一,结果难以互通,且对心律失常等特殊人群的适应性差。这些都构成了示波法的精度瓶颈。
How do the mainstream oscillometric electronic blood pressure monitors perform? In Liu Qiutong’s view, their core principle is based on ‘estimation’ rather than ‘actual measurement’, estimating blood pressure through oscillation waves, which determines their inherent shortcomings. The International System of Legal Metrology classifies it as an indirect measurement method. Research shows that the proportion of data with an error greater than 5mmHg compared to mercury blood pressure monitors is as high as 69%. In addition, different manufacturers have varying algorithms, making results difficult to interoperate, and their adaptability to special populations such as arrhythmias is poor. These constitute the precision bottleneck of oscillometric methods.
刘秋童认为,AI时代的血压健康管理具备三大核心要素:首先是精准测量,其次是大数据互联,全量数据上云和AI助手让健康管理更智能;最后是医患联动,打通家庭与医院的全链路,让居家测量与专业诊疗无缝衔接。
Liu Qiutong believes that blood pressure health management in the AI era has three core elements: first, precise measurement; second, big data interconnection, where all data is cloud-based and AI assistants make health management smarter; finally, doctor-patient collaboration, connecting families and hospitals seamlessly, allowing home measurements to integrate smoothly with professional diagnoses.
“AI算法需要硬件来支撑。”刘秋童介绍,公司的柯氏音血压计在处理器、内存等核心硬件上,相比传统示波法血压计实现了数十倍甚至数千倍的提升,为AI模型在设备端的实时推理提供了坚实的算力基础。

刘秋童表示,将开发专用AI芯片以降低成本,让精准测量惠及更多人群,并计划在3-5年内推动AI柯氏音血压计逐步替代传统示波法产品。同时,将开放标准化接口,构建智慧健康生态,并推动AI柯氏音法成为新的行业标准,将血压测量的ISO标准差从5mmHg降低到3mmHg以内。
Liu Qiutong stated that they will develop dedicated AI chips to reduce costs, allowing precise measurements to benefit more people, and plan to promote the gradual replacement of traditional oscillometric products with AI Korotkoff sound blood pressure monitors within 3-5 years. At the same time, they will open standardized interfaces, build a smart health ecosystem, and promote the AI Korotkoff sound method as the new industry standard, reducing the ISO standard deviation for blood pressure measurement from 5mmHg to below 3mmHg.
