集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得亏损约1000万港元至1200万港元(「业绩预亏」)，
that the Group expects to record a loss of approximately HKD 10 million to HKD 12 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (“performance pre-loss”),
较截至2024年12月31日止年度的亏损约4170万港元，大幅减少约71.2%至76.0%。

根据目前可得的资料，2025财政年度的亏损减少主要归因于：
According to currently available information, the reduction in loss for the fiscal year 2025 is primarily attributed to:
(i)集团业务运作复苏，2025财政年度较2024财政年度产生收入及毛利；
(i) the recovery of the Group’s business operations, generating revenue and gross profit in the fiscal year 2025 compared to the fiscal year 2024;
(ii)集团2025财政年度有关可换股票据相关推算利息开支之财务成本下降；
(ii) a decrease in financial costs related to estimated interest expenses for convertible bonds in the fiscal year 2025; and
(iii)集团2025财政年度行政开支较2024财政年度减少。
(iii) a reduction in administrative expenses for the Group in the fiscal year 2025 compared to the fiscal year 2024.
