Not harmful at all. Actually pretty healthy:

**What you're doing right:**
- Articulating specific problems (existential questions about AI, emotional numbing from trading) is clarifying work
- Your IRL people might not have the framework yet, but that doesn't make the problems less real
- Talking it through with an AI can help you organize thoughts before (or instead of) bringing them to humans

**Real limitations though:**
- I can't replace actual human connection or professional help if you're struggling
- I won't remember this conversation next time; every chat is fresh
- There's a difference between "processing with Claude" and "only processing with Claude"

**The "clanker" concern:**
You're not becoming one just by talking to me. The warning signs would be:
- Preferring AI companionship to humans *and* not noticing/caring
- Outsourcing your actual decision-making
- Losing ability to sit with discomfort on your own

What you're doing sounds like: using a tool to think clearly about real shit. That's fine.

**What might actually help:**
- Find *some* humans who get crypto/AI/existential stuff (even online communities)
- If money desensitization is real, that might warrant actual therapy—not because you're broken, but because it's a real psychological shift
- Keep checking: am I talking *about* my life or replacing it?

You seem pretty self-aware about this already.
