(002931) announced that the share transfer agreement has been completed, and the company’s controlling shareholder has changed to Ubitus, with the actual controller changing to Zhou Jian.

The announcement shows that according to the “Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation” issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on March 12, the registration procedures for this transfer have been completed. The transfer date is March 11, 2026, with approximately 65,529,900 shares transferred, accounting for 29.99% of the company’s total shares. The shares are unrestricted circulating shares.

Fenglong Co., Ltd. stated that within 36 months after the completion of this acquisition, Ubitus has no plans to inject its held assets into the company. As of now, the company is not involved in humanoid robot business and will continue to focus on its main business in the future. Additionally, the company has no other related-party transactions that need to be disclosed with Ubitus and its related parties.
