Jingneng Power: intends to acquisition 51% equity of Xilin Energy and 100% equity of Chagan New Energy
GoldenTen data, October 25th news, Jingneng Power announced that the company plans to acquire 51% equity of Xilin Energy and 100% equity of Chagan New Energy held by Jingneng Group in cash, with a total transaction price of 689 million yuan. Xilin Energy was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 971 million yuan. It has built 2×660,000 kilowatt ultra-supercritical indirect air-cooled coal-fired generating units. The first and second units of the project will be put into operation in September and December 2023 respectively. In 2023, Xilin Energy achieved operating income of 376 million yuan and a net profit of 5.496 million yuan. Chagan New Energy was established in December 2023 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan and has not yet started actual investment and operation.
