BlockBeats news, on May 20, according to The Block, the development studio Anza, spun off from Solana Labs, announced what they call "the biggest transformation in the history of the Solana core protocol." According to the announcement, this high-throughput Layer 1 Blockchain will introduce a newly designed underlying architecture called Alpenglow. Anza's Quentin Kniep, Kobi Sliwinski, and Roger Wattenhofer wrote in the White Paper released on Monday: "We believe the release of Alpenglow will be a turning point for Solana.
