Hong Kong launches stablecoin licensing system, ranking as the third global financial center.

According to the Gate News bot, as reported by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government News Bulletin, Chief Executive John Lee delivered a speech at the 28th Anniversary Celebration of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. John Lee mentioned that Hong Kong has now established a stablecoin licensing system and has completed the optimization of the listing process.

In terms of financial development, Hong Kong's financial center ranking has risen one place to third in the world. At the same time, Hong Kong has successfully attracted 84 leading technology companies, bringing approximately HKD 50 billion in investment to the city.
