Chrome V8 engine exposes zero-day vulnerability, Slow Fog issues security alert

Gate News bot message, Slow Mist CISO @im23pds issued a security alert through social media, disclosing a CVE-2025-6554 vulnerability in the Chrome V8 engine. This vulnerability has been confirmed, allowing attackers to execute malicious code by constructing specific web pages. Currently, the proof of concept ( PoC ) has been made public online. Slow Mist reminds users to update their Chrome browser version in a timely manner and to be cautious of phishing web pages.
